Treat it as a draft and always replace it before publishing. There's also a trap when designing CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) layouts: Lorem's Latin word lengths and line breaks roughly match English, so it previews English layouts well — but CJK has different character widths, punctuation and line-breaking rules, so Latin filler distorts a CJK layout.
